Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Implementation:
∎ Develop and oversee project plans, budgets MEAL, and procurement with technical team/ purchase committee
∎ Ensure smooth implementation, monitoring and compliance with donors / internal requirements.
∎ Track and adjust budgets, generate reports, and facilitate partnership meeting for feedback.
∎ Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
∎ Create a project timeline and set milestones.
∎ Partnership Management:
∎ Monitor projects via field visits, feedback and evaluation, guiding partners in addressing recommendations.
∎ Organize learning workshops, support documentation and strengthen national advocacy linkages.
∎ Networking and Linkages:
∎ Identify and collaborate with relevant organizations and stakeholders.
∎ Foster cross-learning, maintain linkages with policymakers and participate in advocacy initiatives.
∎ Team Management:
∎ Assemble and lead project teams.
∎ Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
∎ Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
∎ Resolve conflicts within the team.
∎ Stakeholder Communication:
∎ Liaise with stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations.
∎ Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and issues.

∎ Risk Management:

∎ Monitor resource utilization and adjust as needed.
∎ Quality Assurance:
∎ Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.

∎ Project Execution and Monitoring:
∎ Oversee the execution of project tasks according to the project plan.
∎ Monitor progress against milestones and deadlines.

At least 5 years of professional experience on Inclusive education, Community development, Social Empowerment, Livelihood development, Rights based interventions and Disability inclusion with any National or International organization.
