Job Responsibilities:
∎ Leading the development of the company's short- and long-term strategy.
∎ Creating and implementing the organization's vision and mission.
∎ Setting strategic goals and making sure they are measurable.
∎ Supervision of project sales and marketing.
∎ Follow up production work as per design and work schedule.
∎ Overall management of the brand.
∎ Develop new business and build up relation with existing customers for repeat sales to meet the monthly and yearly target of the company.
∎ To coordinate with all departments' operation to ensure that the products are delivered to customers.
∎ Market research, forecast, analyze and report Sales and Profit results.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
