Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc In Animal Husbandry/ D.V.M./ MS in Poultry science from any recognized university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Animal Breeding, animal husbandry, Farm Management
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall Project operations.
∎ Look after chicks production and distribution.
∎ Monitor hatchery works such as egg receiving, egg fumigation, egg storage, egg sorting, egg setting & transfer, chicks pull-out, chicks grading & boxing, chick quality investigation & chick delivery.
∎ Maintain day to day standard input / output,
∎ Prepare Yearly Production Budget, Sales Target and Procurement Plan
∎ Monitor the Birds Regularly for Weight Profiles, Uniformity, Feed Consumption, Mortality etc.
∎ Prepare raw Materials Consumptions Schedule
∎ Follow up farm procedures by its capacity
∎ Fully understand about production process.
∎ Maintain day to day standard quality and nutrition,
∎ Knowledge about preventive and schedule maintenance.
∎ Layer, boiler and dairy or farm related work
∎ Staff Management.
∎ Feed Management.
∎ Vaccinations
∎ Record Keeping
∎ Determine Livestock illness or disease and take necessary action.
∎ Maintain bio-security.
∎ Brooding management.
∎ Light management.
∎ Hatching egg management, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Two years Poultry & Dairy farm working experience above required.
∎ Good English communication skill preferred
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, shall understand simple English.
∎ Candidates shall be experience in well equipped, modern and computerized Poultry Hatchery and breeder farms.
∎ Relevant poultry farm or dairy farm working experiences.
∎ Good personality and team work spirit.
∎ Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.
∎ Experience in IRM/ Cobb breeder management will get preference.
∎ Hardworking, Dedicated, Responsible & Presentable.
