• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities at the project site, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and specifications.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and laborers to ensure smooth execution of construction work.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental guidelines.

• Prepare and submit daily progress reports, including work updates, resource utilization, and challenges faced.

• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

• Manage and optimize the use of construction materials, equipment, and manpower.

• Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and government authorities, to ensure alignment with project goals.

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is progressing as per design and specifications.

• Train and mentor junior staff and laborers to enhance productivity and skill levels.

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all site activities.

• Motorcycle driving skill is “Mandatory”
