Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical lead for IT Project, system maintenance, change management, day-to-day systems support and issue resolution
∎ Understand business user’s requirement and design technical need to fulfil the requirement and implementation support
∎ Manage end-user queries and triage incidents as necessary
∎ Undertake and assist with managing business change and emergency implementation activities
∎ Help the in-house teams to evaluate, design, plan, implement and test new requirements [UAT]
∎ Involvement in the financial system implementation and ensure user’s requirements are in place
∎ Ensure systems documentation, provide support to the wider financial function with system processes and end-user training requirements
∎ Perform situational analysis, review of financial statement and other reports to define system flaws for troubleshooting and issue resolution
∎ Ensure the latest technology in use and best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications following the standard design principles, patterns, and best practices.
∎ High integrity and ethics when handling confidential information
∎ Work closely with MIS team and perform other duties as and when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skill : SDLC, Programing Skill (Web Technology), Database (SQL Server), Financial systems and best practices, Business knowledge, Communication skills, Team work, Proficiency in Microsoft Office [Word, Excel]
