∎ Job Location: Dhaka Office (Gulshan Badda Link Road Branch)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installs and configures computer hardware, software solutions, operating systems, and applications.
∎ Ability to 'think out the box' and when under pressure
∎ Deliver a CRM training session to our new team mates or associates in a constructive manner.
∎ Researching, Planning and executing SEO task in collaboration with Marketing Team.
∎ Maintain our hosting and domains and update them where necessary.
∎ Knowledge about SAS module and could hosting.
∎ To make new project plans and Design and collaboration with relevant parties.
∎ Use appropriate tools and techniques to measure project performance.
∎ Knowledge about web security and performance issues.
∎ Always up to date about newest technologies and maintain cyber security.
∎ Plan to develop technical design.
∎ Capability of writing complex SQL queries and object.
∎ Improve existing apps, website, CRM and database system.
∎ Manage technological support that meet operational requirements of the organization.
∎ Prepare short-term and long-term technological plans to meet existing and future requirements.
∎ Hardware and Software maintenance whenever is required.
∎ Creating IT project budgets and reallocating resources where necessary
∎ Ensure all project design decisions and customisations are accurately recorded and used to produce detailed end user manuals and system documentation

Additional Requirements:
∎ 1- 2 years' experience is must in relevant field
∎ Essential Skills:
∎ Analytical skills, Project management, Extensive knowledge in PHP/Python, JavaScript, SQL, Web Design & additional IT knowledge required for the above Key Responsibilities.
∎ Fluent in English both written and verbal
∎ Must have good concept in software development/web development.
∎ Strong communication & Presentation Skills

Salary:
∎ 40000 BDT to 60000 BDT [Based on Updated Technological Knowledge & Apply Method]
