We are seeking dynamic, smart, and multitasking individuals to join our team as a Project Manager of Construction Management Department.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in parallel, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely completion.”
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee entire project life cycle: design coordination, procurement, execution, monitoring, and handover.
- Manage multiple residential, commercial, and interior projects simultaneously.
Site Supervision & Execution
- Monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth progress.
- Ensure all works comply with design intent, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, site supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors.
Team Coordination
- Collaborate with the in-house design, structural, sales, and budget & costing teams.
- Lead construction teams and ensure clear communication across all levels.
Quality Control & Reporting
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to specifications and standards.
- Track progress and report regularly to management on status, delays, risks, and solutions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during execution.
- Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring timely delivery and addressing concerns.
