We are seeking dynamic, smart, and multitasking individuals to join our team as a Site Engineer of Construction Management Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Organizing and directing contractors, vendors and workers to ensure highest standard of quality.
• Preparing quantity estimates and requisition for appropriate materials.
• Ensuring that sites are safe and clean.
• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Drawing up work schedule to meet deadlines and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to managements.
• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
