Job Context:
∎ World Concern Bangladesh, an International Non-Government Organization TEMPhas micro-finance programs, education programs, health program, disaster preparedness program and capacity building and organizational development program both in rural and urban areas. We are searching an energetic, smart & potential candidate for teh following key position for it`s newly started Anti Human Trafficking (AHT) mini Project at Tala Upazila under Satkhira District of Bangladesh for one year:
∎ Job Location: At Tala Upazila under Satkhira District but he/she requires to visit Country Office in Dhaka as and when needed.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for teh effective and efficient coordination of intensive management of all survivors of Human Trafficking of Tala Upazila.
∎ In depth noledge and competent enough on key elements, meaning, reasons and adverse situation of human trafficking in global and Bangladesh context.
∎ Provide outreach, emergency response and comprehensive community based management for survivors of human trafficking and/or sexual exploitation.
∎ Work wif survivors of human trafficking to foster safety and empowerment, assess needs and develop a service plan
∎ Responsible for implementing, monitoring and evaluating interventions designed to assist survivors in restoring their lives.
∎ Conduct outreach and partnership engagement in targeted neighborhoods, churches, community organization and educational institutions.
∎ Organize & conduct training confidently for different stakeholders from field level to higher level about root causes, strategies, risks, impact and prevention of human trafficking and Labor migration.
∎ Community Management and Proper Coordination as per proposal for prevention of human trafficking through children and adult (Male and Female) groups.
∎ Necessary advocacy & networking for trafficking scenario, prevention of human trafficking and labor migration.
∎ Cooperates and coordinate wif law enforcement on intervention efforts and maintains a high level of discretion and privacy to protect client identity and location.
∎ Adequate noledge on PSHT Act 2012 and Bangladeshi Migrants and Overseas Employment and Migrants Act 2013 and Human Trafficking: Bangladesh National Plan and SDG.
∎ Prepare budget and implementation plan and follow financial system of teh organization.
∎ Making necessary liaison wif GOs, NGOs, INGOs, donors & partner institutions.
∎ Encouraging good performance and values wif good Motivation to project staff and other stakeholders.
∎ Setting high standards of servant hood leadership and team spirit wif teh concerned person(s).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Minimum 03 - 05 years working experience with victims of human trafficking, safe migration and modern slavery from any recognized National/International NGOs.
∎ Capability of riding Motor Cycle with valid Driving License.
∎ Excellent English communication skill.
∎ Strong managerial, leadership, communication, Networking, Interpersonal & analytical skill.
∎ Excellent presentation/Facilitation/ Training/Teaching/Counseling and motivational skill.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
∎ Report writing skill (Bangla & English).

Salary:
∎ Negotiable depending on teh education and experience of teh candidate.
