Responsibilities & Context:
Overall responsibility for project execution aligning with cost, time, and quality.
Act as the central point of communication, coordinating with all parties involved, including HQ, clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
Monitor site activities for compliance with safety and quality standards.
Lead project meetings and resolve major technical or contractual issues.
Establish quality control procedures and monitor construction progress to ensure the final product meets the required standards.
Report project progress and performance to management.
