Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Execution: Supervise the end-to-end implementation of civil, structural, utility, and MEP works, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drainage, fire safety, and substation.
∎ Team & Contractor Management: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (civil, MEP, utility) and supervise vendors/contractors on daily operations.
∎ Schedule & Progress Tracking: Develop integrated master schedules and ensure adherence to all milestones and deliverables.
∎ MEP & Utility Coordination: Ensure design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems are carried out as per applicable codes and in seamless integration with structural works.
∎ Compliance & Safety: Enforce RSC, BEPZA, BNBC, NFPA, and other regulatory compliance, and ensure strict safety protocols including PPE usage.
∎ Reporting: Maintain daily logs and submit weekly progress and compliance reports to management.
∎ Inspection & Handover: Ensure all utility services are tested, commissioned, and approved by concerned bodies including RSC and BEPZA before final handover.
∎ We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of civil construction, utilities, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works in a large-scale industrial infrastructure setup. This role is critical in ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of all engineering scopes in alignment with quality, safety, and RSC/BEPZA standards.
