∎ Masters/Bachelor in Agriculture, Agri Marketing, Business Management, Environment Management or related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Reports to: Head of Humanitarian Response
∎ Nature of Job: Contract
∎ Level: Senior level position
∎ Duration: 11 months (up to December 2022)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7 years of professional working experience in areas around agriculture, natural resources management, marketing of agriculture produce, Cash Programming etc.
∎ Motivation and commitment to humanitarian ideals and values of Cordaid. Interest in involvement beyond the job assigned.
∎ Energy and stamina to withstand long working hours in often stressful conditions.
∎ Ability to work in a fluid situation, and adapt or change priorities according to changing situations.
∎ Ability to take initiative where appropriate to deal with difficulties encountered in daily work
∎ High quality written and presentation skills in English
∎ Excellent report writing skills and proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint;
∎ Target oriented approach
∎ Knowledge of capacity building tools and techniques.
∎ Good understanding of basic human rights.
∎ Ability to cope up and mix with multicultural people and multi-tasks.
∎ Ability to foster collaborative, transparent and accountable relationships.
