∎ The primary purpose Of this role is to understand requirements, conduct and oversee web application development projects that are medium to large in size by applying cross-functional expertise in project management. The PM will direct and coordinate the use Of resources across different stages of projects to reach targets. This includes planning, development, execution, and implementation stages, while adhering to enterprise project practices and compliance with budget and requirements. Overall, this role requires communication with stakeholders during all phases and deliver its efficient
∎ completion.

∎ ability to communicate with stakeholders during all phases Of the project and deliver its efficient completion.
∎ Location & Timing:
∎ On site at the Nikunja Office
∎ 10 AM to 7 PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and deliver multiple web application projects that are moderately complex from planning to realization with full responsibility and accountability for the business.
∎ Liaise, direct and co-ordinate with appropriate stakeholders to deliver the project on time.
∎ Outline, define and initiate the project.
∎ Develop, analyze and manage all touch points Of the project plan including scheduling, global resource forecasting, managing project financials and provide input and justification for costs and budget impact.
∎ Control the overall projects performance (timeline, budget and resources utilization) against plan and look to the project team to implement adjustments when issues are identified and require resolution.
∎ Co-ordinate the work for complex and large project teams by recommending or requesting re sources to support project demands, communicate a clear vision of business project goals and objectives and provide functional expertise input for deliverables worked on by the team.
∎ Hold project teams accountable for meeting or exceeding expectations by coordinating team activities, managing milestones and deliverables, providing performance feedback to team members' supervisors and guidance on smaller less complex projects managed by Project Managers.
∎ Implement document control policies and documentation templates.
∎ Control and mitigate project risks by performing the qualitative and quantitative analysis Of risks and trigger events, planning risk response, establishing contingency plans, anticipating dependencies affected by ongoing project changes, and recommending ways to mitigate future risks to management.
∎ Manage the alignment, buy-in and support of diverse project stakeholders by building and maintaining relationships with internal customers, third party vendors and senior management.
∎ Manage designated work streams and constituents to meet customer and business needs by translating business plans into tactical action items and provides training and development opportunities for project managers. Responsible for tracking and reporting on key metrics (i.e. deliverables, financials, duration, benefits) and communicating findings to program managers and top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in web application development, including 3+ years managing a team. Thorough domain knowledge and experience in both front-end and back-end web development technologies
∎ Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
∎ 2-3 years' experience to identify, analyze and communicate requirements and results; ability to communicate effectively.
∎ Strong client interface skills and the ability to work well on time limit.
∎ Strong people skills
Salary:
∎ BDT 80K to 100K per month
