Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma / B.Sc. in Fisheries Degree from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining and monitoring all the projects of the farm and land areas and
∎ put up a detail plan for fisheries, fruit and other projects.
∎ Handling the sale of products produced on the farm like fisheries related
∎ products.
∎ Ensure everyday update of individual livestock, record keeping of livestock
∎ from purchase of stock to ready for sale.
∎ Maintain & monitoring all records of fisheries, fruit and plantation related
∎ purchase.
∎ Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records & organizing sales
∎ and purchases of livestock and others farm related products.
∎ Handling paperwork and keeping administrative records and
∎ training/instructing and supervising farm workers.
∎ Assisting with the recruitment and training of new staff members.
∎ Building professional networks and keeping abreast of developments in
∎ agricultural science.
∎ Dealing with Biofloc Fish Farming technology.
∎ Ensuring compliance with government regulations and health and safety
∎ standards.
∎ Ensure waste management as well as environment & pollution control.
∎ Organizing maintenance/repair of farm property, equipment and machinery.
∎ Any other assignment entrusted by the management time to time.

∎ Age at least 18 years

∎ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
∎ The ability to make decisions in stressful environments.
