• Age At most 45 years

• Lead end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects—from concept and planning to implementation and handover.

• Translate manufacturing strategies into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables.

• Manage multiple projects across different factories simultaneously.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Lead projects related to capacity expansion, line installation, process optimization, automation, layout redesign, and efficiency improvement.

• Support projects for new product lines, factory expansion, modernization, and technology upgrades.

• Work closely with Factory Heads, Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams.

• Manage external vendors, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality delivery and timeline adherence.

• Identify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality systems, food safety requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

• Maintain project documentation, approvals, and governance structure.
