∎ Training/Trade Course: Aquaculture Fisheries

Job Context:
∎ One of the leading Group of Company in Bangladesh is looking for Project Manager who develop new method of work systems to provide a competitive & effective service always for its business operation and growth.
∎ Must have ability to handle and maintain daily project work and repot to top management.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all administrative work in every day.
∎ Have to ensure factory safety and security with utmost professionalism.
∎ Able to execute overall factory operations like Aquaculture, Culture, Bio-Floc & Hatchery activities.
∎ To Control and look after overall production and administrative work.
∎ Looking after all legal issues with govt. and non govt. organization.
∎ Assisting to develop yearly business budget and working daily to achieve it.
∎ Ensure to use of all product properly and actual place.
∎ Control of store department to maintain / use of all product as per FIFO and LIFO.
∎ Resolve employee's grievance, stress in a proactive manner when require.
∎ Supervise and monitor all department heads of the Project Site.
∎ Plan, organize, direct, run, and optimize day-to-day work and operation.
∎ Define, develop and monitor the implementation of Fish production plan.
∎ Analyze daily, monthly and yearly production and sales relative to actual.
∎ Develop, implement and monitor various control systems and manage quality of product.
∎ Training production staff on ongoing basis.
∎ Monitor technical plant and machinery problems and undertake maintenance works to resolve all issues.
∎ Plan and organize production schedule and oversee production process.
∎ Assess the actual requirement of the manpower and sources the right people for the project accordingly.
∎ Coordinate and monitor the quality in purchasing of raw materials.
∎ Develop SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and ensure the production process.
∎ Ensure production process and output meet defined quality and safety standards.
∎ Effectively manage and motivate employees to achieve production targets.
∎ Team management, supervising and controlling of all related works of entire Department.
∎ Sourcing and recruiting people to fill-up vacancies time to time with the help of Head Office.
∎ Supervise day to day administrative activities of all staff and collect every day work feedback end of the day.
∎ To ensure all department are functioning regularly & smoothly.
∎ Organize and participate daily staff meeting and conduct training if required.
∎ Provide day to day production report to Managing Director & Head office.
∎ Directly working with sales growth, production capability and controlling purchase cost as their active team member for contributing value to overall business.
∎ Operational tasks include deployment, monitoring & supervision of security personnel every day.
∎ Ensure personal discipline / bearing of Supervisors and Security Guards.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years

∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing and should have strong interpersonal communication skills.
