Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3 years' experience of working with a humanitarian/development sector organization and an under-graduate degree; ability to work in a complex organisation while keeping focus on project outcomes; understanding of Paurashava/municipality, Upazila and Union Parishad development plan and ways or working; extensive experience working with Government representatives and technical departments; excellent reporting skills in English and Bangla; able to write formal letters and documents in Bangla on a computer; substantial experience in working with multipartners projects and stakeholders; excellent representation skills towards Government Officials and project stakeholders; experience in the Cox's Bazar area; local Chittagonian/Rohingya language is an advantage.
Salary:
∎ BDT. 12,71,588 gross per annum (13 months)
