Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager who will oversee and manage our video production projects from pre-production to post-production. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the projects, including client coordination, booking confirmation, and payment follow-up.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage the entire process of video projects (pre-production, shooting, and post-production).
Maintain effective coordination with clients, scriptwriters, directors, cameramen, editors, and other team members.
Ensure shooting schedules, locations, talents, and required resources are properly arranged.
Confirm project bookings from clients and ensure advance and full payments are collected as per agreements.
Complete projects within the given timeline and budget.
Monitor each delivery to ensure quality and alignment with the client’s brief.
Take immediate action to resolve any unexpected issues that arise.
Candidates with media production-related courses will be given preference.
