• Proficient in farm management software and record-keeping systems.

• Excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to manage farm operations.

• Analytical skills for performance monitoring and problem-solving.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• Planning and execution of fisheries & aviculture project to bring maximum output.

• Assess demand, available resources and environmental conditions to define fisheries & poultry project scope and objectives.

• Identify and allocate necessary resources (land, equipment, staff, feed, breeding stock) efficiently for optimal operation.

• Prepare facilities per project requirements, ensuring conditions for optimal growth of fish or poultry.

• Implement feeding schedules and health management practices for growth and disease prevention.

• Track project progress, monitor water quality (for fisheries), feed conversion ratios and animal health, adjusting as needed.

• Assign roles, organize teams, and monitor performance for timely, quality work while managing shifts, overtime and leaves.

• Enforce safety protocols, provide protective gear and ensure the well-being of workers.

• Oversee regular production and harvesting, track data in agricultural software and adjust bills accordingly.

• Ensuring technical expertise regarding poultry and fisheries project development.

• Explore and test new technologies to reduce labor, enhance production efficiency and optimize resource use.

• Track key metrics like water quality and animal health, take corrective actions if issues arise and report changes to management.
