∎ Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
∎ Strong organizational and planning skills including the ability to monitor progress of program implementation. .
∎ Prior success working closely and building relationships with diverse groups of people.
∎ Strong computer skills including Internet, MS word, MS Excel, Power Point, and Bengali & English Typing.
∎ Must have the ability to speak English.
∎ Good command in Bangla and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Clear understanding of marginalized community in urban and rural levels to select the beneficiaries as per criteria of project.
∎ Need assessment of targeted communities/beneficiaries and participatory planning for required services.
∎ Beneficiaries database preparation considering the required information of project.
∎ Program implementation including group formation, awareness development, rights based training conduction, workshop facilitation, community feedback mechanism etc.
∎ Social Mobilizers (SM) to marginalized community for strengthening their unity and capacity building for ensuring their required service from Government Department.
∎ Initiatives for local advocacy program on particular issue by engaging relevant stakeholders.
∎ Participate in annual planning and budgeting meeting by the donor/lead partner organization and have to execute in project level.
∎ Responsible for narrative reporting to the donor level as per format and have to preserve in systematically.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual report and have to send in management and donor level.
∎ Responsible for project budget management and expenses of program activities in properly.
∎ Regular communication with project management and updating of project activities time to time.
∎ Coordination, liaison & networking with marginalized and respect government representatives, local elected bodies, national and international NGOs and other actors.
∎ Job context: DPUK is going to implementing the Nagorikata: Civic Engagement Fund (CEF) NAGORIC Project in the two (2) unions under Mithapukur upazila in Rangpur District supported by Manusher Jonno Foundation, Switzerland, GFA consulting group and Canada. DPUK is going to works with the marginalized community to increase social & economic condition with standing own customs and culture of the marginalized (Adibashi) population living in urban slums at districts level. For smooth implement the project DPUK is seeking the qualified staffs according to the following conditions.
