Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement field level activities as per planning.
∎ Supervise volunteers in field level.
∎ Select targeted beneficiaries and listing of children.
∎ House visits and counsel the parents regularly.
∎ Formation of Learning Centers (LC) and Children's Club at community level.
∎ Carry out regular learning, recreational and cultural activities at LC and Children's Club.
∎ Cooperate supervisor to arrange rally, gathering, pot song, cultural activities on the occasion of special day observation (Child Day, Child Labor Day & Girls Child Day).
∎ Formation of child forum, family member groups and negotiator groups with local elites & community policing agency.
∎ Facilitate different awareness raising and motivation sessions and trainings at community level.
∎ Prepare regular report and submit to supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least one year of practical experience.
∎ Experienced candidates will be given preference in respective posts and children's rights, child labor rehabilitation projects.
∎ The project is valid till 2021.
∎ Age will be relaxed for the experience candidate.
∎ Should have mentality to work extra work.
∎ Appointments will be made for the term of the project.
∎ Experienced and female candidates will be given priority in the relevant field.
∎ Appointments will be made for the term of the project until December 2021.
Salary: Tk. 16000 (Monthly)
