• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering,

• Students from BUET, RUET, CUET, KUET, AUST, IUT, SUST, MIST will get preference

• Preparable: - Experience on Interior work and Highrise building.

• At least 7 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

• Age 25 to 45 years
• Only Male

• At least 7 year(s) for BSc

• At Least 10 Year(s) for Diploma.

• Responsible for planning and execute all project management and construction management activities of assigned project.
• Prepare comprehensive project plan encompassing work schedule, manpower allocation, equipment and materials requirements prior to commencing the project works.
• Plan, execute and ensure construction project safety.
• Meeting with authority and discuss work & design.
• Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
• Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
• Ensuring that health and safety issues of the staff.
• To supervise and execute the construction of building projects, including Pile, Basement, Superstructure, Sanitary and Plumbing and total finishing works of the project as per drawing.
• Co-ordination with the entire department that is involved in the project.
• Ensuring quality of Construction Materials.
• Preparation of Cost Estimates of total Projects.
• Experience on interior work
• Experience on Highrise building.
