Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, manage, and supervise all civil construction projects from inception to completion.
Review and approve structural and architectural drawings, designs, and BOQs.
Ensure project work is completed within schedule, cost, and quality standards.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
Oversee site activities, quality control, and safety compliance.
Prepare project budgets, progress reports, and documentation.
Lead and mentor junior engineers and site teams.
Ensure adherence to all regulatory and environmental requirements.
Manage procurement and verify material quality.
Report project progress to senior management and handle client communication.
Capable to manage whole interior work of Civil, Architect, MEP, Works of high-rise Building.
