Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of architectural design principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion / 3D software.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead architectural design and planning for building projects.
Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and project teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure design compliance with building codes, regulations, DAP and project requirements.
Supervise site work and ensure design implementation as per approved drawings.
Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors when required.
Maintain project documentation and design standards.
