Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project estimation.
Strong supervision, coordination, and communication skills.
Must be willing to work and stay at the project site if required.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure quality of work as per drawing, design, and BOQ.
Monitor and coordinate the work of contractors and workers.
Maintain records of material requisition and consumption.
Prepare and submit work progress reports to management.
Ensure site safety and cost control of the project.
Execute construction works as per structural and architectural drawings.
