Experience:

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Shipping, Real Estate, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Cement Industry, Developer, Shopping mall

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements :

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in real estate or building construction projects.

• Practical experience in RCC works, finishing works, and site supervision is mandatory.

• Experience in government or large-scale projects will be considered an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).

• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and basic computer applications (MS Excel, MS Word).

• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities at site.

• Willingness to work at different project locations.

• Honest, responsible, and committed to project quality and timelines.

• Supervise and execute construction works as per approved drawings, specifications, and work schedules.

• Ensure proper implementation of structural, architectural, and finishing works at site.

• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers for smooth project execution.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.

• Check and verify site measurements, work bills, and BOQs.

• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to company and government standards.

• Identify technical issues at site and provide practical engineering solutions.

• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure proper site documentation.

• Attend coordination meetings with management, clients, and consultants when required.

• Support handover and project close-out activities.
