Responsibilities & Context:

• Supervision of project work as per Drawing, Design, Construction Manual and instruction of top management. To report & solve all construction work and work progress to the Head of the Department.

• Planning & preparation of work program in the field level.

• Overall supervision of all structural and finishing work as per Construction Manual.

• Assist in evaluation & solution of potential field problem.

• Co-ordination with Project Manager, Electrical Engineer, Procurement, Architect, head office and other relevant dept.

• Report to Project Manager about supplied material quality, stock and consumption at project site.

• Preparation of MPR, MRR, MTRF, SRN etc.

• Preparation of required materials monthly work program and budget.

• Monitoring materials consumption, storage and delivery status.

• Preparation & checking of sub-contractor's bill, estimate of material.

• To ensure safety security of contractor's manpower.

• Minimize the wastage of materials with maximum cost-effective method during construction work.

• Maintain administrative functional work of all project staff.

• Manage all sub-contractors to maintain work progress of project work as per Work Schedule.

• Maintain Daily Register Attendant Book of all site staff and prepare monthly attendant report to send to the HR department at Head office.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
