Job Context:
∎ Position: Project Documentalist, (CSO advancing child rights activism through the UPR and the UNCRC mechanism in Bangladesh Project)
∎ Reporting to : Project Coordinator
∎ Project Duration: 1 year 6 months
∎ Post Type: Full time
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess, analyse and store data accordingly;
∎ Implement project activities in communication with beneficiaries, community stakeholders at field level;
∎ Work closely with project team for ensuring smooth coordination;
∎ Perform filed work for implement the project components and activities in line with project;
∎ Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as and when required and assigned under the project;
∎ Mandatory traveling outside Dhaka, visiting working area or field for project purposes if required;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years' experience on relevant responsibilities
∎ Age at most 35 years (Age may be considered for experienced candidate)
∎ Experience in the area of NGO sector;
∎ Experience in data collection, data analysis and reporting;
∎ Experience in similar projects will get preference;
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill;
∎ Good computer skills on Microsoft Office Tools, especially MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
∎ Proficient spoken and written English language skills and the capacity to produce quality reports independently;
Salary: Tk. 43328 (Monthly)
