∎ "Samprity Disability Rehabilitation and Inclusion" is a transformative project initiated by the Samprity Aid Foundation with the primary goal of providing comprehensive rehabilitation for individuals with disabilities. Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities of Project Director - Samprity Disability Rehabilitation and Inclusion (SDRI) Project
∎ 1. Project Planning and Implementation:
∎ Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, ensuring alignment with the mission and objectives of Samprity Aid Foundation.
∎ Oversee the execution of rehabilitation and special education programs, ensuring they adhere to established timelines and quality standards.
∎ 2. Monitoring and Evaluation:
∎ Establish a robust monitoring and evaluation system to track the progress and impact of rehabilitation initiatives.
∎ Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of physiotherapy sessions and special education programs.
∎ 3. Staff Supervision and Capacity Building:
∎ Provide strong leadership to the rehabilitation team, offering guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
∎ Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunities for staff development and training.
∎ 4. Stakeholder Engagement:
∎ Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including beneficiaries, local communities, and collaborating organizations.
∎ Communicate effectively with donors, partners, and other relevant entities, keeping them informed about project milestones and challenges.
∎ 5. Budget Oversight:
∎ Work closely with the finance department to manage the project budget effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet project goals.
∎ 6. Reporting:
∎ Prepare comprehensive and accurate reports on project activities, progress, and outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Present findings to the board of directors, donors, and other relevant parties as required.
∎ 7. Problem Solving and Decision Making:
∎ Address challenges and obstacles promptly, utilizing a solutions-oriented approach.
∎ Make informed decisions based on project data, feedback, and the overall mission of the organization.
∎ 8. Compliance and Documentation:
∎ Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards in the field of disability rehabilitation.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, outcomes, and any relevant issues.
∎ 9. Advocacy and Community Engagement:
∎ Advocate for the rights and inclusion of individuals with disabilities in the broader community.
∎ Engage with local communities to raise awareness and foster a supportive environment for the project.
∎ 10. Continuous Improvement:
∎ Continuously assess project strategies and outcomes, seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
∎ Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from staff, beneficiaries, and Other stakeholders.
∎ The Project Director plays a pivotal role in the success of the "Samprity Disability Rehabilitation and Inclusion" project, contributing to the holistic well-being of individuals with disabilities and promoting a more inclusive society.
