Job Context:
∎ YPSA (Young Power in Social Action) www.ypsa.org is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division since 1985 with a vision to build a society without poverty where everyone`s basic needs and rights are ensured. YPSA is implementing Plan International Bangladesh supported a project title "Child Protection for Rohingya Refugees in Cox`s Bazar, Bangladesh".
∎ YPSA invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she will be responsible is to effectively coordinate the implementation of activities focused on Increased equitable access to quality, gender-responsive assistance and protection for Rohingya girls and boys (10-17 yrs) and female and male youth (18-25 yrs), particularly adolescent girls, in Cox's Bazar
∎ Information on available gender-responsive child protection issues and services disseminated to adolescent girls and boys and youth and community members.
∎ The Project Coordinator will frequently communicate with Communication with Community/Psychosocial and other service Specialist.
∎ Manage a team of CWC officers, and support them in fulfilling their roles and responsibilities.
∎ He/ she must build/ develop smooth relationship with all of his potential stakeholders
∎ Coordinate the preparation of rolling out the developed modules for adolescent boys (on Gender, SHRH, youth engagement, protection), including logistical arrangements, site selection, discussions with camp stakeholders.
∎ Design and facilitate staff capacity building plan (appraisal).
∎ Provide inputs to the ongoing development of the project curriculum
∎ Assist to recruitment of workers' position and volunteers.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 3-4 years working Experience in humanitarian context & camp; implementing projects or programs focusing on: adolescents, youth, vulnerable children, refugees
∎ Knowledge of international humanitarian standards and codes of conduct.
∎ Sound knowledge of project management skills, including in management, activity plan, monitoring and evaluation for child protection projects.
∎ Excellent planning, analytical, organizational and decision making skills
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies
∎ Excellent communication skills including a high level of written and spoken English
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail communications)
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 70,000 with other benefits as per project budget
