Job Context:
∎ Duration: April 2021 to September 2022
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, supervise and monitor the project activities and associate staffs
∎ Project management, Planning and Budgeting,
∎ Ensure all guideline, lesson plan and materials for conducting workshop, outreach session, club activities and training
∎ Ensure the program implementation as per project plan & guideline and financial control as per guideline
∎ Build relation and maintain Coordination with key stakeholders,
∎ Prepare donor and organization report as per need.
∎ Facilitate and assist to facilitate meeting, training, workshop with Key stakeholders at district and Upazila level
∎ Conduct staff performance appraisal and ensure capacity development of staffs
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 years in Development field working with gender-based violence prevention, education on health and hygiene related projects
∎ Managerial and Coordination skills
∎ Monitoring and reporting skills
∎ Social mobilization skills
∎ Financial management skills
∎ Networking, advocacy & campaigns skills
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies
∎ Good communicator
∎ Good in writing both in Bangla and English
∎ Good in operating MS Office, internet etc.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 60,000 with other benefits as per project budget
