Job Context:
∎ WAVE Foundation is a national NGO has been working in the domain of Sustainable Livelihood, Democratic Governance and Social Development & Climate Resilience since 1990. WAVE invites application from the potential candidates for the following position of `Economic Enhancement through Strengthening Beef and Goat Market System (2nd Phase)` Project at Puthia Upazila, Rajshahi funded by HEIFER International.
∎ Employment Status: Full time project staff.
∎ Job Location: Puthia, Rajshahi.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conceptualize the goal, objective, strategy and approaches;
∎ Prepare annual, quarterly and monthly plan and execute quality output;
∎ Supervise the project staffs and necessary support for capacity building;
∎ Liaison with Govt. & Non-Govt. officials, local government bodies;
∎ Linkage building with local administration;
∎ Facilitate capacity building of farmers on Goat & Beef Value Chain and cooperatives;
∎ Prepare reports.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5 years working experience of field level project management.
∎ Good computer knowledge especially in MS Office.

Salary: Tk. 40000 (Monthly)
