Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Masters Degree in Social Science from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organize and implement 15 numbers of Active Citizens Youth Leadership Training (ACYLT) and plan for at least 30 Social Action Projects (SAP);
∎ Assist youth people to design and implement their SAP at community level;
∎ Assign local mentors for providing support to the youth leaders;
∎ Facilitate to organize community follow-up meeting under each SAP;
∎ Contact and coordination with relevant stakeholders like Local Government Institutions (LGIs), Public Service Delivery Institutions, Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and so on;
∎ Support to organize different events related to SAP and youth leaders;
∎ Manage awarded small grants in implementing SAPs at community level;
∎ Prepare and submit ACYLT completion report, monthly action and reporting template, SAP plan and report, partner narrative report, impact report, monthly, quarterly and closing reports, case studies, report on child protection;
∎ Provide support to all relevant initiatives as per demand from organization and development partner.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Age at most 30 years;
∎ Positions are especially open for the women;
∎ Writing and speaking efficiency both nm English and Bangla. Good report writing and documentation skill. Sound background in MS Office and Excel, internet browsing, e-communication, etc., Hardworking and self-motivated.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ BDT 25,000 to 30,000 (Monthly consolidated)
