Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)/MSc in Animal Science/MSc in Social Science from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take the lead in project planning and coordination to ensure timely and quality implementation of all project interventions;
∎ Contact and coordination with Development Partner, different livestock related Service Delivery Institutions (SDIs) and also the project stakeholders and the targeted community;
∎ Organize field day, method and result demonstration on small ruminant production, management and marketing;
∎ Facilitate training, workshop, stakeholder summit and group discussion;
∎ Facilitate the process of activity, output and outcome monitoring;
∎ Identify learning, best practices and carry out necessary documentation;
∎ Lead a process of learning sharing among all stakeholders;
∎ Ensure adequate guidance for field level project staff;
∎ Coach & mentor the field staff to improve their required skills;
∎ Compile and develop report both in qualitative & quantitative aspects and ensure the timely submission to the donor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Minimum 7 years' experience in relevant field.
∎ Ability to communicate with relevant stakeholders
∎ Working experiences of operating Microfinance related program/project, enterprise development, business management
∎ Sound background in MS Office and internet browsing
∎ Sound knowledge and skill on using different communication media
∎ Sound networking ability
∎ Hard working and self-motivated.
∎ Motor Cycle driving skill with valid driving license.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Compensation & other benefits: As per the project provision
