Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in Social Science or related disciplines.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take the lead in project planning and coordination to ensure timely and quality implementation of all interventions;
∎ Contact and coordination with Development Partner, Advocacy Networks (Loak Morcha-LM), Change Agents Local Government Institutions (LGIs), different Service Delivery Institutions (SDIs) and also the community;
∎ Facilitate training, workshop and group discussion;
∎ Carry out necessary documentation as well as qualitative and quantitative report development in English and Bangla.
∎ Organize different Workshop, Seminar, Dialogue and Training at division, district, upazila and union levels;
∎ Ensure adequate guidance for field level project staff;
∎ Coach & mentor the field staff to improve their required skills;
∎ Design nitty-gritty of local level mobilization, lobby, advocacy and campaign;
∎ Lead a process of constant M&E and learning sharing among all stakeholders at local level;
∎ Strategic leadership at field level;
∎ Compile and develop report and ensure the timely submission to the donor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Good report writing and documentation skill
∎ Writing and speaking efficiency in both English and Bangla
∎ Sound background in MS Office and internet browsing
∎ Sound knowledge and skill on using different communication media.
∎ Hard working and self-motivated
∎ Experience at least 6 years in the required field
Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary & benefits will be increased as per the project budgetary provision.
