Job Context:
∎ Unnayan Shahojogy Team (UST) is one of the pioneer non-profit, non-governmental development organization at national level. It was established in 1986. Since then is has been working for bringing about change in the live and livelihood of the poor people, especially those who are deprived of the minimum requirement, with fame and reputation.
∎ UST calls for application for filling up the position of a Project Coordinator for its new project, financed by Penny Appeal, UK from a qualified and skilled person. He will be responsible for taking overall responsibility to implement, manage the project. This is a one-year project beginning from January to December 2022.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Terms and Conditions:
∎ The incumbent should possess post-graduation degree preferably in Agriculture, M.Agr.
∎ S/he should have at least three to five years' experience of working in national or International Non-governmental organizations in the similar positions
∎ S/he should have experience and understanding of LFA, Activity plan and project implementation methodology.
∎ He should have proven track record of implementing Livelihood project in the rural areas.
∎ He should have sufficient knowledge of purchase of milking cows, goats and poultry.
∎ He should have adequate knowledge in developing business plan and management of business.
∎ He will be based at Nilphamari. Thus he should have mental preparedness to work in the rural area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be between 30-35 years of age.
Salary:
∎ Total Salary is Tk. 30,000/- (Thirty thousand) only with admissible benefits that is entitled in the budget.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ No T/A, D/A will be allowed for presence in the interview
