∎ Unnayan Shahojogy Team (UST) is one of the pioneer non-profit, non-governmental development organization at national level. It was established in 1986. Since then is has been working for bringing about change in the live and livelihood of the poor people, especially those who are deprived of the minimum requirement, with fame and reputation. UST implements its projects in five major thematic areas benefitting quite a substantial number of people in the rural areas of the country.
∎ UST is looking for a qualified as well as an experienced person to fill up the position of Fund-raising Coordinator, based in its head office in Dhaka. It is a senior level position and open for both male and female to apply.
Job Responsibilities:

∎ The incumbent should possess post-graduation degree preferably in Development Studies, Anthropology, Sociology, Economic or any other disciplines of the similar subjects.
∎ S/he should have at least five years' experience of working in national or International Non-governmental organizations at senior level of the management
∎ S/he should have experience and versatility in writing complete project proposal with development of LFA, MEAL plan, Activity plan with GANTT chart
∎ S/he should be well conversant in developing PCN ( Project Concept Note) and proposal against Call for proposals
∎ The incumbent should be adept in preparing/ writing EOI (Expression of Interest) and submission meeting all the requirement.
∎ S/he should have command over English and sound professional skills to write in English
∎ S/he will have proven track record of writing Annual report, developing Newsletters and any other documents
∎ The incumbent should be hard-working and devoted person with impeccable integrity
Additional Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be between 40- 45 years of age.
