Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Fisheries or Marine sciences or Nutrition from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support and monitor the implementation of the project activities according to the work plan and scheduled timeline.
∎ Maintain liaison with the funding partners and head office of the Shushilan for successfully implementation of the project activities.
∎ Supervise Upazila Nutrition Coordinator directly.
∎ Maintain communication with different stakeholders such as local government at the district and upazila level (District/ upazila fisheries department, District/ upazila department of women and child affairs, District/ upazila health complex, Civil Surgeon, District Nutrition Coordination Committee etc).
∎ Prepare weekly, monthly progress report with the cooperation of Upazila Nutrition Coordinator and Union Nutrition Facilitators.
∎ Assist Finance and Admin Officer to prepare monthly financial report through matching activities implemented.
∎ Monitor project activities through regular visit in the field to ensure quality of the project deliverables and mobilize the field staffs.
∎ Attend various meetings at the district/upazila level and presenting the project activities before government authorities regularly.
∎ Provide technical support to the direct beneficiaries in case of arising any complication in the field.
∎ Preparing presentation for the meetings and issues for the various level of coordination meetings and workshops.
∎ Nurturing relationship with the press to mobilize it as and designing content for proactive media campaign as well as for publishing in local and national media.
∎ Have to travel extensively throughout the three upazilas for smoother implementation of the project activities.
∎ Execute the decisions of Project Focal among the project staff.
∎ Arrange and facilitate the management meeting/different
∎ Monitor and execution of decision of management meeting/forum meeting
∎ Ensure proper utilization of vehicle, equipment and other logistic
∎ Assess the performance of the staff and provide on the job training
∎ Arrange training, meeting, seminar, workshop as per project document
∎ Support establishing market linkage
∎ Responsible for ensuring qualitative and quantitative achievement of project outputs
∎ Maintain coordination with all the support cells and other programs/projects
∎ Organize coordination meeting on regular basis
∎ Represent projects in different forums as and when needed by the authority
∎ Staff Management and Supervise project staff especially Training cum marketing Officer, Field Supervisor and volunteers

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 07 years' experience on development sector and minimum 05 years working with project management
∎ Strong critical and analytical thinking capabilities skill
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Achieving quality results and service

∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity
∎ Able to drive motorcycle and will have valid driving license.

Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
