∎ This is programme position that will be responsible to deliver multiple contracts related to informal and formal women workers' empowerment. The position holder will be the key to promoting alternative business practices, and cultures, and developing social and gender transformative models that commit to greater gender justice and women's right to dignified work. S/he will be managing the project to tackle the socioeconomic barriers to women's economic empowerment. The position holder's work includes the broader areas of project management, business development, and evidence-based stakeholder influencing to deliver the objectives of the interventions.

Salary:
∎ As per Oxfam National C2 pay band with other benefits e.g. medical for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave & insurance.
