Job Category: Contractual (2 years), renewable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• To coordinate end-to-end project activities from planning to completion.

• Pre-construction Conference with Architect & Sponsors

• Stakeholders engagement in different stages

• Schedule Management

• Construction management procedures implementation with Chief Consultant

• Project document register

• Record Photographs

• Site Safety Training Supervision

• Monitor team member performance and initiate corrective actions and recommendations, as appropriate

• Decision Change approval process

• Project risk management

• Budget monitor with finance team

• Supplier payment request

• Weekly Progress report to Sponsor

• Communication management

• Project Files Handover

• To liaise with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress.

• To monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

• To prepare and present project status reports to management.

• To ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements.
