Key Responsibilities
To coordinate end-to-end project activities from planning to completion.
Pre-construction Conference with Architect & Sponsors
Stakeholders engagement in different stages
Schedule Management
Construction management procedures implementation with Chief Consultant
Project document register
Record Photographs
Site Safety Training Supervision
Monitor team member performance and initiate corrective actions and recommendations, as appropriate
Decision Change approval process
Project risk management
Budget monitor with finance team
Supplier payment request
Weekly Progress report to Sponsor
Communication management
Project Files Handover
To liaise with architects, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely progress.
To monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
To prepare and present project status reports to management.
To ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality requirements.
