Job Context:
∎ Duration: April 2021 to October 2022
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection of target communities (youth volunteers) and program participants.
∎ Developing, Maintaining and Updating project-related documents
∎ Check and analyse participant's data and share findings to the program team
∎ Monitoring the progress of program activities
∎ Coordination and necessary communication with the donor and focal person
∎ Prepare project progress report in periodically and develop program messages and materials
∎ Organize and Facilitates training for Youth Volunteers
∎ Work with finance person on budget preparation, advance, requisition, adjustment and financial documentation
∎ Arrange and Participate meetings and communicate with different stakeholders
∎ Provide Small Grants to Selected Youth Leaders and Follow-up
∎ Develop event reports, meeting minutes, case studies, press release and activity materials.
∎ Maintain gender-sensitive approach in all stages and maintain safeguarding measures with code of conducts
∎ Any other task assigned by the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 13 years' experience in the development field along with 7 years' experience in youth mobilization.
∎ Ability to produce reports, case study and gather lesson learns & experiences in English.
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, MS power point, Graphic Design, Internet browsing & e communications)
∎ Have experiences on donor communication and reporting
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary:
∎ 35,000 BDT and other admissible benefits as per rules.
