Education:
∎ Bachelor’s degree or above in agricultural science, food technology, food science, nutrition, international relations, governance, development studies or related field. You will be IT literate with excellent MS Office skills, with advanced knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages and experience in handling web-based management systems.

∎ About the Role
∎ The Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) is seeking a Project Coordinator, RAINS to support the operational delivery, implementation, and monitoring of the project under the LSFF & Value Chain Portfolio with special focus on RAINS project in Bangladesh. This role will be offered on a fixed-term contract until June 2026, subject to availability of funding. You will be based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ Reporting to the Portfolio Lead, LSFF and Value Chain, the Project Coordinator will be responsible for tracking the progress and status of the RAINS project activities. You will play a coordination role in GAINs cross-functional project teams and support the maintenance of relationships with partners and stakeholders.
∎ The postholder will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders including the Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) and other agencies of the Ministry of Agriculture along with United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) within their assigned project components and ensuring that project outputs and activities are successfully implemented within approved plans, budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The starting salary on offer for this role is from BDT 1,650,048 - BDT 1,885,548 per annum (gross salary), depending on experience.
