• Masters in any discipline (preferably MBA)

• Must have experience in Building (High Rise Infrastructure).
• Strategic planning.
• Project management.
• Teamwork.
• Mathematical and analytical problem-solving skill.
• Must have minimum 10-15 years of practical experience in High Rise Building Constructions related work. Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical reports and statements independently.
• 10-15 years of practical experience in High Rise Infrastructure.

Other Skills:

• Proficiency with tools like Microsoft ProjectPrimavera P6 and other industry-specific programs.
• The ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Must be able to convey information clearly to a wide variety of stakeholders, from clients to construction workers.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset for identifying potential issues and resolving challenges effectively.

Context:

• TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED is considered one of the promising construction companies in Bangladesh. The activities of TANVIR CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED includes but are not limited to (i) Civil constructions such as Runway Construction, Multi-Storied Buildings, Road Construction (Flexible Pavement, Rigid Pavement), Bridges, Culverts, RCC drainage structures, etc. (ii) Computerized toll operation and maintenance of Bridges and Roads.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks: Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, schedules, reports, and permits. Processing requests for information (RFIs) and change orders.

• Project scheduling and coordination: Assist in developing and managing the project schedule, coordinating daily activities, and organizing meetings. Ensuring that all parties, including subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff, are on the same page and adhering to timelines.

• Budgeting and procurement support: Assist with budget preparation, track project expenditures, and monitor invoices. This includes coordinating the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the job site.

• Communication: Serve as the key liaison between project director & project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. Overseeing the communication of project updates and resolution of site-related issues.

• On-site monitoring: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance with safety and building regulations, and perform quality control checks.

• Problem-solving: Identify and addressing potential issues or delays and work with the team to find solutions that keep the project on track.
