Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline (preferably business or social science or fisheries) with honors from any reputed university.

Job Context:
∎ TMSS is a national level development organization. TMSS invites application from eligible candidates for the above post in the project named "Improved Livelihood Resilience of coastal fishing communities".
∎ Direct Supervisor : Director (Program-2), TMSS
∎ Supervise : M & E Officer, Finance and Admin Officer and Field Facilitator.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Coordinator will work under the guidance of Scientist (Livelihood Resilience) and in coordination and collaboration of respective Research Associates of WorldFish ECOFISH II Activity for the following duties and responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibilities of project implementation, management, coordination & communication with WorldFish/GoB offices/TMSS/authorities/finance, Fisheries Conservation Group (FCG) and Women Income and Nutrition Group (WING).
∎ Final reporting to WorldFish/TMSS authority, quality control, trouble shooting, achieving expected results within schedule time frame in accordance with approved action plan & budget.
∎ Prepared documentation of project activities.
∎ Collaborate with project lead and project teams to create, execute, track and revise project roadmap, staff work plans and project timelines to meet changing project needs and requirements.
∎ Meet regularly and work with project leads to plan weekly tasks for the project team and activity track those tasks throughout the week.
∎ Work with the project lead to engage project partners and clients to ensure project work is coordinate.
∎ Collaborate with the director of operations on tracking progress towards grant/contract deliverables, managing staffing allocation and updates on project timeliness.
∎ Coordinate and/or participate in the planning and execution of special events such as workshops or in person them meeting.
∎ Responsible for maintaining financial compliances, documenting and reporting of both technical and financial.
∎ Work in close coordination and consultation with WorldFish Dhaka and field staffs for planning and implementing activities.
∎ Minimum 60% field visit in the project area.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 5-8 years' experience in supervising and implementing Fisheries/Aquaculture or donor funded development activities; Contribute to coordination with stakeholders and representation.
∎ Proven management skill with national NGO, INGO or donor funded project.
∎ Computer literacy particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet etc.
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
∎ Experience candidates age is considerable.
∎ Additional Job Requirement:
∎ Contributing to designing a strategy for aquaculture, agriculture market linkages and value chain.
∎ Demonstrated success in project planning, staff supervision, financial management, program monitoring, and report writing.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and mentoring skills to work effectively with partners/clients.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including speaking and presentation both in Bengali and English.
∎ Age at most 45 years (Experience people will get preference).
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.

Salary:
∎ BDT 80,000/- per month.
