Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of the Project Coordinator is to effective, efficient, timely management of the GJSI programmes interventions in Oxfam Cox’s Bazar Response in line with strategic approaches on Transformative Leadership for Women’s Rights (TLWR) and Feminist Local Humanitarian Leadership (FLHL).
∎ The project coordinator will provide regular technical support and operational guidance to GJSI projects team and partner project teams in camp and host communities to operationalize Oxfam’s approaches to Transformative Leadership for Women’s Rights (TLWR) by understanding building, developing work plans, extending support and developing strategies and tactics. Moreover, the position holder needs to Build and sustain donor relationships to resource the Gender Programme with EFSVL, WASH, and Protection programmes, extend support integration of Oxfam minimum Gender in Emergencies Standards and participation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a skilled, sincere and dynamic feminist with substantive expertise in the strategic leadership of Gender Justice programmes in a humanitarian context.
∎ The post holder must have expertise in technical analysis, design, and operationalization of gender justice TLWR, women’s rights empowerment, and leadership programming.
∎ The post holder should advocate and influence Feminist Local Humanitarian Leadership (FLHL) in the context of a refugee crisis.
∎ The position holder should have an excellent understanding of the gender and protection context of the Rohingya crisis and its different impacts on women and men, girls and boys.
∎ The post holder also needs to collaborate with other programme teams and Oxfam partners to build their capacity in integrating Gender in Emergencies (GIE) Standards and TLWR in their work.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 1830209.88 per annum (13 months)
