Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will do the strategic thinking for the expansion of plans and projects of the foundation aligning with art for change.
∎ Will collaborate and liaise with different artists with project and performance plans and will take necessary initiatives to execute them. This work will also include taking initiatives to make the memory and performance space - Batighar Smrititay Sharanay Aly Zaker more active. The incumbent needs to take proactive steps to help establish Batighar as a art space which promotes young and newer artistic talent.
∎ Will oversee the conceptualization and implementation of projects and events for the clients and partners of Mongol Deep Foundation. This will require detailed planning and liaising with donors, Government representatives and clients along with internal departments i.e. Finance, Logistics, and other departments, vendors and creatives (graphic designers, artists, musicians, photographers etc.). Will specifically be in charge of successfully executing the British Council led Women of the World (WOW) projects and festivals of which Mongol Deep Foundation is an organising and execution partner.
∎ Will coordinate with Head of Project on other activities including correspondence, scheduling, editing documents, work planning and budgeting and briefing the partner team to execute the project.
∎ Will over see co-ordination of meetings with the clients and the management.
∎ Monitor project progress and financial expenses as planned with high level of quality and accountability.
∎ Network, advocate and lobby at national and international organizations for grants.

∎ Smart and energetic.
∎ Well conversant both in English and Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
