Job Context:
∎ Concern Worldwide invites application for the following position for the "Monsoon Flood Recovery" (MFRP) Project:
∎ Type of Contract: Fixed Term starting from 01 December 2019 to 31 May 2020
∎ Job Purpose: S/he will be responsible for ensuring effective and efficient implementation of the Flood emergency response project operation (both quantitative and qualitative) with the partner NGOs. The person will work with close collaboration with the Consortium lead, other NGOs and Concern`s internal support system and deliver all actions in time and as per expected quality.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring effective coordination, joint implementation and monitoring of planned activities between all partners and project staff towards achieving the project objectives.
∎ Ensuring the report is prepared in line with donor's/Consortium requirement and submitted to the Head of RRRU in a timely manner.
∎ Ensure the financial and human resources are used properly by the implementing partners and maintained proper authentic documents as per expectation of donor, Concern and Govt. of Bangladesh.
∎ Ensuring the procurement committee is functional and complete all procurement as per the donor /Concern guidelines.
∎ Facilitate staff and partners to form local level alliances and network to solve any foreseen issues with united efforts.
∎ Enabling a friendly collaborative working culture within the team, actively sharing information and knowledge to enable the team to ensure effective support to the PNGO ASOD.
∎ Ensuring the coordination and communication with DC, UNO, local govt (formal), Concern management and other stakeholders in advance by sharing detail plan.
∎ Monitoring and reviewing performance and, in particular, holding staff accountable for meeting the success criteria and delivering any improvement goals which have been identified; giving corrective feedback where required and taking decisive action in the case of poor performance.
∎ Promote and ensure compliance with the requirements of Concern's Code of Conduct and its associated safeguarding policies and Core Humanitarian Standards of Accountability (CHS) to ensure maximum protection to programme beneficiaries, and to welcome feedback.
∎ Undertake other related duties as may reasonably be assigned by the Country Director/ Programmes Director or the line manager.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years work experience as a Manager in the area of emergency response, recovery and rehab programme including cash transfer programme within a development organisation/NGO.
∎ Experience of participatory programme planning, management, implementation, monitoring would be an advantage.
∎ At least have three to five emergency project cycle management experience
∎ Experience in working through partners (NGO/GO).
