1. Design & Drawing Related Work:

* Preparing lighting layout drawings (using AutoCAD/Dialux)

* Creating Single Line Diagrams (SLD)

* Performing load calculations

* Calculating lux levels (e.g., for hotels, offices, façade lighting)

* Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings

2.Site Supervision:

* Supervising lighting installation work at site

* Monitoring contractor and technician activities

* Ensuring work is done according to drawings

* Maintaining quality control of installation work

* Ensuring project completion within the timeline

3.Lighting Installation & Technical Work:

* Indoor and outdoor lighting installation.

* Hotel lighting, façade lighting, landscape lighting.

* Setting up LED drivers, controllers, and dimming systems (DALI/0-10V).

* Cable routing, DB connection, and proper earthing.

* Testing and commissioning of lighting systems.

4. Project Management & Coordination:

* Coordinating with clients, consultants, and architects.

* Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

* Selecting materials (lighting fixtures, cables, accessories).

* Attending site meetings and preparing reports.

5. Documentation & Reporting:

* Preparing daily and weekly progress reports.

* Preparing inspection reports.

* Submitting material approval documents.

* Preparing project handover documentation.

6. Safety & Standards Compliance:

* Following electrical safety rules and regulations.

* Ensuring fire safety and emergency lighting systems.

* Working according to international standards (IEC, NEC).

7. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving:

* Identifying lighting system issues.

* Fault detection (short circuits, dimming issues, etc.).

* Providing quick and effective solutions.
