∎ Assignment period : Three years

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating program.
∎ Develop and manage comprehensive activity plans covering the time frame of the project as set out in project proposals.
∎ Conduct regular monitoring against project objectives in conjunction with the M&E personnel
∎ Interventions in the production and market components in the program.
∎ Manage logistics and coordinate with the logistics department in order to ensure all project related equipment and material is available on site in a timely fashion.
∎ Facilitate regular meetings to assist information sharing between project staff, to ensure all staff members are aware of project objectives and current work plans and to provide the opportunity for feedback.
∎ Oversee all nutrition project staff including: appraisals, management, development and training, holiday planning, disciplinary, job descriptions, work schedules. Ensure their spiritual, physical and mental well-being is intact.
∎ To plan the spending of budgets in an appropriate and timely way.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely reporting of activities
∎ Develop and maintain a transparent, honest and supportive communication structure with the team members
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least five years' working experience in community based on project management.
∎ Qualification: Strong capacity in English, Computer and communication skills.
∎ Age should be under or equal 40. Age will be relaxed for highly qualified candidates.
Salary: Tk. 65000 (Monthly)
