Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline preferably in public health/ Social science/Development studies/ Anthropology/ Economics from any Govt. approved university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for developing, designing, planning, and implementing the project
∎ Undertaking advocacy work, maintaining close liaison with Govt., the relevant stakeholders including BI grantees, the CTFK Bangladesh Team, and reporting on behalf of Nari Maitree
∎ Responsible to coordinate the project staff toward achieving the project goal, objectives, and target
∎ Develop action plans for proper implementation of the Project's activities and adhere to them including a regular field visit to assess project staff and related activities.
∎ Advocacy with policymakers and relevant Ministries for increasing tobacco tax with a simple tax structure and rejecting the interference of TIs and banning emerging tobacco products by amending the TC Law, advocacy with the Ministry of Health & NTCC about taking initiatives for removing DSA, banning of display tobacco products at POS & sales of single stick and banning e-cig;
∎ Finalize mapping and update stakeholder's/policy makers list and sensitize about Law amendment for banning the display of tobacco products at POS, sales of single stick & banning E.cig; develop IEC/BCC (survey factsheets) materials.
∎ Always updated the mobilized stakeholders about the progress of tobacco control by disseminating the media reports, documents, and materials through email. Invite the stakeholders to the various initiatives of Nari Maitree.
∎ Attend national and international level meetings and seminars and represent the organization's tobacco control experiences.
∎ Ensure timely development and submission of periodic reports.
∎ Work with project staff to make adjustments based on M&E findings to ensure quality results of the project.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 5 years working experience of project management & implementation in a National/International development organization as a Project Manager
∎ Strong reporting and monitoring skills in line with requirements of institutional donors.
∎ Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Zoom/Skype/Team etc.
∎ Practicing gender and cultural diversity.
∎ Advance knowledge on financial & administrative management and good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting.

Salary: Tk. 47000 (Monthly)
